Mrs Robinson

Mike Zoppo is a host of exceptional ability. Studies show that a vast majority of guests attending events by Mike have been known to leave more elated than visitors to Santa's Workshop, The Lost of Continent of Atlantis, and the Fountain of Youth.

Forget the afterparties. Shake up TIFF by getting your day started with the best workout, dance party, and breakfast out there. In the first ever morning festival event, hosted by Lauren Toyota, together we’ll do an energizing sunrise yoga flow, followed by a sweat-inducing bootcamp and dance party. Refuel with a plant-based breakfast, and pose at the photobooth as DJ Rich AuCoin and Harrison play a set.

Show up in your best your workout gear and be prepared to shake up your outfit with some fresh new apparel.

SHAKE UP YOUR FESTIVAL ROUTINE

Wake up and get a start to TIFF with yoga and a bootcamp led by Toronto’s top fitness instructors.

Wake up and flip the script on the festival, with yoga and a sweat inducing bootcamp led by Toronto’s top fitness instructors set to the funk-fuelled beats of rising (and shining) Toronto producer, Harrison. Finally, join us as the energetic and “ever-woke” Rich Aucoin brings down the house with a backyard dance party.

This first ever morning festival event, hosted by Lauren Toyota, will have you forgetting about any of the after-parties. Show up in your best workout gear and be prepared to shake up your outfit with some fresh new apparel.
